程海林，男，1949 年生，江苏灌南人。国家高级书法师，中国国宾礼艺术家，中国东方文化研究会高级艺术顾问，中华英才联盟理事会副理事长，中国军转民杂志社文化艺术编辑委副会长，亚洲书画家协会副主席，北京京华阁书画院常务副院长等。被授予功勋艺术家，特别推荐艺术家，北京冬奥会艺术大使，国礼艺术家形象大使，国际文化交流卓越使节，国际影响力非遗传承人等光荣称号。
传承张旭书法艺术，发扬毛体大气磅礴气势，博采王羲之等名家之长，借鉴诗词音体美等创作方法，加上个人情感，创作特色诗意草书，形象生动地展现诗意，使文字产生动态感，音乐节奏感等各种美感。自作诗词，抒发情怀，歌颂新时代，传播人间真善美，促进社会和谐及世界和平。
2011 至 2015 年先后三次获得中书协和中美协金奖及文联重阳金奖，2024 年获中国关心下一代工作委金奖，中俄友谊金奖，莫奈国际艺术金奖，毕加索金奖，2025 年获达芬奇国际艺术金奖，中国互联网中国书画非遗功勋奖等。作品入选中国网、央视、环球，书法报、人民美术报、天津人美、苏富比画报、中国国际新闻，盛世收藏，鉴藏大红袍，鉴藏中国近现代书画名家精品集等书刊。制作国礼黄金书、国礼水晶画册，国礼风起东方丝绸画册、国礼茅台特供酒包装，北京奥运会景德镇高端瓷板礼品，景德镇高端瓷器书画藏品等。中国书法网等专家组高度评价，欧阳中石老师亲题“行行细雨，字字情真”。应邀分别与欧阳中石、沈鹏 、权希军、孙晓云等老师合集出书，建党百年个人出书红旗颂专集等。2014 年文化部授予“书画艺术泰斗”光荣称号。被百家权威媒体评为新时代德艺双馨艺术家。2019 年，中国中外名人文化研究会评为优秀文化工作者，锦旗赠言“妙笔丹青书春秋，德艺双馨传万世。”授予首批中国文化名人工作室铜牌，权希军老师亲为题字。2020 年，全媒体记录当代艺术名家，权威精准解读艺术大师成功之路重要活动获得一代名家荣誉称号，沈鹏老师亲为题词。2021 年美丽中国授予功勋艺术家奖章。原文化部副部长、北京故宫博物院首任院长潘震宙，北京故宫博物院书画组长、中国书画收藏家协会鉴定专家潘深亮，北京故宫博物院主任单国强，中国历史博物馆文物组长吕长生，原国家市场监管局司长李德伟等老师给予高度评价。2022 年 10 月 cctv 中学生频道美育世界 3 次播放当代书画名家特邀专访电视节目，播岀效果非常好。2023 年 4 月，中华英才刊社、故宫博物院、北京大学、中书协等专家领导在学术研讨会高度评价，学术报告称当代“程派草书”正大气象，开创草书经世致用新局面。作品在国内外参展深受好评，被文化部，国家博物馆，国家课本博物馆，周总理纪念馆筹建委，香港各界文促会，中俄友谊艺术馆等多家收藏。
Cheng Hailin, male, born in 1949, from Guannan, Jiangsu. National Senior Calligraphy and Painting Master, Chinese State Guest Ceremony Artist, Senior Art Advisor of China Oriental Culture Research Association, Vice Chairman of the Council of China Talent Alliance, Vice Chairman of the Cultural and Art Editing Committee of China Military to Civilian Magazine, Vice Chairman of the Asian Calligraphers and Painters Association, Executive Vice President of Beijing Jinghua Pavilion Calligraphy and Painting Academy, etc. Honored with titles such as Meritorious Artist, Specially Recommended Artist, Beijing Winter Olympics Art Ambassador, National Gift Artist Image Ambassador, Outstanding Ambassador for International Cultural Exchange, and Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage with International Influence.
Inheriting Zhang Xu's calligraphy art, carrying forward the majestic momentum of Mao style calligraphy, drawing on the strengths of famous artists such as Wang Xizhi, and drawing on creative methods such as poetry, sound, and body beauty, combined with personal emotions, to create characteristic poetic cursive script, vividly displaying poetry and creating various aesthetic senses such as dynamic writing and musical rhythm. Self composed poetry, expressing emotions, praising the new era, spreading truth, goodness, and beauty in the world, promoting social harmony and world peace.
From 2011 to 2015, he won the gold medal of the Chinese Book Association, the Chinese American Association and the Double Ninth Gold Award of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles for three times. In 2024, he won the gold medal of the Chinese Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, the gold medal of the Sino Russian Friendship, the gold medal of Monet International Art, the gold medal of Picasso, the gold medal of the Da Vinci International Art in 2025, and the merit award of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese painting and calligraphy on the Internet in China. The works have been selected for publications such as China.com, CCTV, Global Times, Calligraphy Daily, People's Art Daily, Tianjin Renmei, Sotheby'sPictorial, China International News, Shengshi Collection, Jiancang Dahongpao, Jiancang Collection of Fine Works by Chinese Modern and Contemporary Calligraphers and Painters. Produce National Gift Gold Books, National Gift Crystal Albums, National Gift Wind Oriental Silk Albums, National Gift Maotai Special Liquor Packaging, Beijing Olympics Jingdezhen High end Porcelain Plate Gifts, Jingdezhen High end Porcelain Calligraphy and Painting Collections, etc. The expert group of China Calligraphy Network and others highly praised that Teacher Ouyang Zhongshi personally wrote "Walking in the drizzling rain, the emotions in each character are true". Invited to compile and publish books with teachers such as Ouyang Zhongshi, Shen Peng, Quan Xijun, and Sun Xiaoyun, as well as a special collection of personal books on the Red Flag Ode for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In 2014, the Ministry of Culture awarded the honorable title of "Master of Calligraphy and Painting Art". In 2019, the China Association for the Study of Chinese and Foreign Celebrity Culture awarded him the title of Excellent Cultural Worker, with a banner and a message of "Wonderful strokes in calligraphy and painting,spring and autumn, with both virtue and art spreading for generations to come." The first batch of Chinese cultural celebrity studios were awarded bronze medals, with teacher Quan Xijun personally inscribing the words. In 2020, the important event of recording contemporary art masters through all media and interpreting the successful path of art masters with authority and precision won the honorary title of a generation of masters, with Professor Shen Peng personally writing the inscription. In 2021, Beautiful China awarded the Meritorious Artist Medal. In October 2022, CCTV's Middle School Student Channel's Art Education World broadcasted a special interview program with contemporary calligraphy and painting masters three times, and the broadcast effect was very good. In April2023, expert leaders from China Talent Magazine, Palace Museum, Peking University, and China Writers Association highly praised the contemporary "Cheng style cursive script" at an academic seminar, stating that it has created a new situation of practical application of cursive script.
