春潮涌动处，文脉续新时。2026 年全国两会的大幕即将拉开，文化强国建设始终是会场内外的核心议题与时代强音。从“景德镇手工瓷业遗存”申遗的文化坚守，到《黑神话：悟空》“数字+文旅”的创新破圈;从粤剧与现代科技的跨界融合，到雕塑艺术架起的国际文明桥梁，新时代的中国文艺正以多元姿态，书写着传统与现代的交响、民族与世界的对话。
在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026 两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。
本次报道将聚焦艺术家们的创作实践与时代思考，展现他们在守正创新中赓续文脉、在跨界融合中激活传统、在文明互鉴中传递价值的生动图景。让我们通过这些闪耀着理想光芒与艺术魅力的身影，感受中国文艺的蓬勃生机，凝聚文化强国建设的磅礴力量，共同见证中华文化在新时代绽放出更为璀璨的光彩。
吴嘉微，女，汉族，毕业于山西大学美术学院书法专业，获艺术学学士与文学学士双学位。系国家一级美术师、文化部部门润格艺术家、国礼艺术家，现任中国领导干部网书画研究院雄安分院院士、中国牡丹书画院副院长。
师从中华国粹书画与小楷之最传承人、原国务院资深参事、全国政协常委任玉岭老师入室亲传弟子吴海友院长。长期研究宋代米芾、苏轼等人行书作品，擅长多种书体临摹，发表论文《米芾方圆庵记书法风格管窥》。
2020 年，作品入展中国书画家山西协会与山西大学美术学院联合举办的“弘扬龙文化，凝聚爱国心”主题书法网络微展。2024 年，行书作品《沁园春·长沙》获中央美术学院第六届社会美育国际艺术节展览一等奖;作品《卜算子·咏梅》入展北京化工大学《英雄颂》全国书画展;行书作品《沁园春·长沙》入展《祖国万岁——建国 75 周年全国书画名家作品展》;参加由中央民族大学美术学院举办的第二届“一带一路·美美与共”国际艺术交流展，作品《沁园春·长沙》荣获金奖。2025 年，参加抗战胜利八十周年大阅兵书画展，获民族艺术家称号。
Wu Jiawei, a female Han nationality, graduated from the College of Fine Arts at Shanxi University,majoring in calligraphy, and holds dual degrees in Art and Literature. She is a national first-level artist, a Runge artist of the Ministry of Culture, and a national gift artist.Currently, she serves as an academician of the Xiong'an Branch of the China Leading Cadres Network Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute and as the vice president of the China Peony Calligraphy and Painting Academy.
I studied under Dean Wu Haiyou, a disciple personally trained by Ren Yuling, the foremost inheritor of Chinese traditional calligraphy and small script,former senior counselor of the State Council, and member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. I have long studied the cursive works of Mi Fu, Su Shi, and others from the Song Dynasty, and am skilled in copying various styles of calligraphy. I have published a paper titled "A Glimpse into the Calligraphy Style of Mi Fu's 'Fangyuan An Ji'".
In 2020, the work was exhibited in the online micro-exhibition of calligraphy themed "PromotingDragon Culture, Uniting Patriotism" jointly organized by the Shanxi Association of Chinese Calligraphers and Painters and the Academy of Fine Arts, Shanxi University.In 2024, the cursive work "Qinyuanchun · Changsha"won the first prize in the 6th International Art Festival of Social Aesthetic Education held by the Central Academy of Fine Arts; the work "Bu Suanzhi · Yongmei" was exhibited in the "Ode to Heroes" National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition held by Beijing University of Chemical Technology;the cursive work"Qinyuanchun · Changsha" was exhibited in the "Long Live the Motherland - National Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition for the 75th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China"; participated in the second "The Belt and Road Initiative - Sharing Beauty with All" International Art Exchange Exhibition held by the Academy of Fine Arts, Minzu University of China,and the work "Qinyuanchun · Changsha" won the gold medal. In 2025, participated in the calligraphy and painting exhibition for the 80th anniversary of the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and was awarded the title of National Artist.
