　　在这样的时代坐标下，我们推出“2026 两会推荐艺术家”系列报道。入选的艺术家们，既是中华文化的基因解码者，也是时代精神的忠实记录者——他们中，有深耕非遗数十载、让传统技艺焕发新生的传承者，有用科技赋能创作、拓宽艺术边界的创新者，有扎根人民生活、让作品沾着露珠与草香的实践者，更有以艺术为桥、向世界讲述中国故事的传播者。他们以精湛技艺诠释文化自信，以赤诚之心回应时代召唤，用一件件兼具思想深度与艺术温度的作品，践行着“文以化人、文以铸魂”的使命担当。

　　本次报道将聚焦艺术家们的创作实践与时代思考，展现他们在守正创新中赓续文脉、在跨界融合中激活传统、在文明互鉴中传递价值的生动图景。让我们通过这些闪耀着理想光芒与艺术魅力的身影，感受中国文艺的蓬勃生机，凝聚文化强国建设的磅礴力量，共同见证中华文化在新时代绽放出更为璀璨的光彩。

　　吴海友中华国粹书画与小楷之最传承人连续六年全国两会重点推荐书画艺术名家首席代表至今。中国书法家协会会员、中国收藏家协会会员、中硬协会员、美协会员。祖籍河北定兴县，常居北京。拜在书画大家原国务院参事、全国政协常委任玉岭先生门下，后拜与清华大学美术学院陈荣教授和皇家宫廷画派传承人杨月征老师学习绘画。又得到国务院办公厅行政司原巡视员兼常务副司长王胜利司长和龚光新将军的指导。现为：国家一级美术师、书法师、中国书法家协会高级书法教师、国礼艺术家、新时代非遗文化传播大使。中国与加蓬共和国文化交流使者。中国与马来西亚文化交流使者。北京将相红色文化交流中心红色诗书画院副院长。中国领导干部网书画研究院常务院长和雄安分院创始人。文化部文化艺术人才资料数据库战略合作艺术家。全国百位将军百位名家书画交流展组委会艺术顾问。2012 年和 2018 年、在北京张氏装裱培训中心暨北京东方艺术馆工作期间、表现优越、张永祥大师为其带来并颁发中书美协艺术顾问和国展评委荣誉证书以示鼓励。

　　吴海友院长获得书画奖励特殊津贴书画家、并多次与书画大家启功老师、沈鹏老师、欧阳中石老师、原美协主席刘大为老师等共同应邀参加书画活动。并受到大家的高度赞扬。

　　其小楷、隶书、国画作品多次在钓鱼台国宾馆、全国政协礼堂、大会堂、中国政法大学、中央美术学院、北京化工大学及海内外多次参加活动并荣获嘉奖与收藏。

　　其书画作品被俄罗斯、英国、巴基斯坦、法国、比利时、马来西亚等数十个国家和地区国际友人及驻华大使馆和外国元首总统、首相收藏。

　　Wu Haiyou, the foremost inheritor of Chinese quintessence in calligraphy and painting as well as small-character calligraphy, has been the chief representative of key recommended calligraphy and painting art experts at the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for six consecutive years. He is a member of the China Calligraphers Association, the China Collectors Association, the China Calligraphy and Painting Association, and the Artists Association. He is originally from Dingxing County, Hebei Province and currently resides in Beijing. He studied under Mr. Ren Yuling, arenowned calligrapher and former counselor of the State Council and member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Later, he studied painting under Professor Chen Rong from the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University, and Mr. Yang Yuezheng, the inheritor of the Royal Court Painting School. He also received guidance from Director Wang Shengli, former inspector and executive deputy director of the Administrative Department of the General Office of the State Council, and General Gong Guangxin. Currently, he is a national first-level artist and calligrapher, a senior calligraphy teacher of the China Calligraphers Association, a national gift artist, and a new-era ambassador for the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage. He is also a cultural exchange envoy between China and the Gabonese Republic, a cultural exchange envoy between China and Malaysia, the vice president of the Red Poetry, Calligraphy, and Painting Academy of the Beijing Jiangxiang Red Culture Exchange Center, the executive president of the Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute of the Chinese Leading CadresNetwork, and the founder of its Xiong'an branch. He is a strategic cooperation artist in the Ministry of Culture's cultural and artistic talent database, and serves as an art consultant for the National Hundred Generals and Hundred Famous Calligraphers and Painters Exchange Exhibition Organizing Committee. In 2012 and 2018,while working at the Beijing Zhangshi Framing Training Center and the Beijing Oriental Art Museum, he demonstrated exceptional performance. Master Zhang Yongxiang recognized his efforts and presented him with an honorary certificate as an art consultant for the China Calligraphers and Painters Association and a judge for national exhibitions.

　　Dean Wu Haiyou has been awarded the special allowance for calligraphy and painting artists, and has been invited to participate in calligraphy and painting activities with renowned masters such as Qi Gong, Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, and Liu Dawei, former chairman of the China Artists Association, on multiple occasions.He has received high praise from everyone.

　　His works in regular script, clerical script, and traditional Chinese painting have been exhibited multiple times at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, the Auditorium of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Great Hall of the People, China University of Political Science and Law, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and various events both domestically and internationally, and have received awards and been collected.

　　His calligraphy and painting works have been collected by international friends from dozens of countries and regions such as Russia, Britain, Pakistan,France, Belgium, Malaysia, as well as embassies in China,foreign heads of state, presidents, and prime ministers.

　　中华国粹书画与小楷之最传承人吴海友院长每字 8 毫米小楷朱砂墨《金刚经》和《道德经》(画心每幅 35 厘米x2.2 米)并由本人书画恩师著名书画名家，原全国政协常委，国务院参事任玉岭先生亲自题写片头。装上上等樟木盒子。应邀参加北京 2022 年全国秋季拍卖会以 36 万元成交并在雅昌拍卖官网公布拍卖结果。应邀参加《2024 中俄友谊艺术展》荣获《金奖》并被中俄友谊艺术馆收藏。荣获中央美术学院《特等奖》并应邀在加蓬共和国驻华大使馆内展示国际交流受到高度赞扬并收藏。
