刘孟学,笔名河山,1955 年生于陕西渭南,1982 年大学毕业,哲学学士,1989 年毕业于中国文化书院“中外比较文化研究班”,曾服役于空军部队院校。现为中国书画家联谊会会员、中国楹联学会会员、中国硬笔书法协会会员、陕西省书法家协会会员,中央电视台 CCTV《艺术名家》栏目特聘客座教授,中国教育电视台“水墨丹青”“名家讲堂”签约艺术家。
喜爱书法,以古为师,系统研习欧阳询、颜真卿、柳公权、王羲之、张旭、怀素等中国古代书法名帖,对现代书法特别是毛泽东书法情有独钟,临池不辍。崇尚“文以载道,书以载文,道无文不远,文无书不采”的古训,追求书法的“真善美、精气神、筋骨肉”的内在统一践行“古为今用,洋为中用”,辩证取舍,推陈出新,“以古人之规矩开自己之生面”的创作理念。2012 年 8 月首次在西安亮宝楼成功举办“军旅风采一一戎装九贤”书画联展,之后多次在西安及北京等地成功举办书画联展。书法作品在全国中文核心期刊全军核心期刊《政工导刊》、《重庆与世界》、《中国文化进万家会报》、《企业家日报》《中国书画家报》、《民族画家报》等杂志报刊公开发表,参赛作品多次荣获全国、国际华人华侨书画联赛银奖、金奖、特等奖:被中华全国总工会、外交部、总参等书画协会研究会授予“中华爱国艺术家”“中华骄傲人民艺术家”、“当代国礼艺术家”、“国际书画名人”等荣誉称号。

Liu Mengxue, pen name Heshan, was born in Weinan, Shaanxi in 1955. He graduated from university in 1982 with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. In 1989, he graduated from the "Comparative Cultural Research Class of China and Foreign Countries" at the Chinese Culture Academy and served in the Air Force Academy. I am currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, the Chinese Couplets Society, the Chinese Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, and the Shaanxi Calligraphers Association. I am also a special guest professor on CCTV's "Art Masters" program and a contracted artist for China Education Television's "Ink Painting and Paintings" and "Masters Lecture Hall" programs.
I love calligraphy and take the past as my teacher. I have systematically studied famous ancient Chinese calligraphy works such as Ouyang Xun, Yan Zhenqing, Liu Gongquan, Wang Xizhi, Zhang Xu, and Huai Su. I have a special fondness for modern calligraphy, especially Mao Zedong's calligraphy, and have never stopped practicing it. Adhering to the ancient motto of "literature carries the message, books carry the message, the path is not far without literature, and literature is not accepted without books", pursuing the internal unity of calligraphy's "truth, goodness, beauty, spirit, and flesh and blood", practicing the creative concept of "using the past for the present and the foreign for the Chinese", dialectical selection, innovation, and "opening one's own unique style with the rules of the ancients". In August 2012, the "Military Style - Nine Sages in Military Dress" calligraphy and painting exhibition was successfully held for the first time at Liangbao Tower in Xi'an. Since then, calligraphy and painting exhibitions have been successfully held in Xi'an, Beijing and other places. Calligraphy works have been publicly published in national Chinese core journals such as the Military Core Journal "Political Work Guide", "Chongqing and the World", "Chinese Culture Enters the Ten Thousand Household Society", "Entrepreneur Daily", "Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Daily", "National Painters Daily", and other magazines and newspapers. The entries have won silver, gold, and special awards in national and international Chinese calligraphy and painting leagues multiple times, and have been awarded honorary titles such as "Chinese Patriotic Artist", "Proud People's Artist of China", "Contemporary National Gift Artist", "International Calligraphy and Painting Celebrity" by research associations of calligraphy and painting associations such as the All China Federation of Trade Unions, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and General Staff Department.
Received the title of National Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Elite Figure in 2015; Brand Influence Calligraphers on the 2016 China Good Brand Art Figures List; Top 10 Innovative Calligraphers with Great Brand Influence in China in 2017, "Top 10 Meritorious Figures in the Red Inheritance of the Republic", and the publication and distribution of the "Celebrating the 19th National Congress - Contemporary Chinese Art Masters and Masterpieces" stamp commemorative booklet; In 2018, the cultural income reached thousands of households and became a high-quality calendar. It was awarded the title of "China's Powerful Calligraphers and Painters", published and distributed the "Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening Up - Setting Sail in the New Era Large scale Documentary Collection Stamp Album", was awarded the title of "Leading Figure in Contemporary Chinese Calligraphy Art", and was recommended as a "People's Artist" by the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; In 2019, he was honored as a "People's Meritorious Artist" by the China Culture Report and the China New Media Organizing Committee, and was selected as one of the "70 Years of Artistic Achievements in China"; In 2020, recommended by national authoritative online media as the "most beloved artist by the people"; In 2021, he was recommended as a "National High level Art Talent" and a "Representative Figure of Moral and Artistic Harmony in the New Era"; In 2022, recommended as the "Most Beautiful Symbol of China" calligraphy and painting figure by the "Beautiful China Tour Together, Fulfilling the Chinese Dream", and appointed as the international ambassador for Chinese culture and art communication; In 2023, he was selected into the Collection of Great Artists and Hundred Years of Hanmo Huazhang Xiling, and was selected by CCTV as the "Key Recommended Artist along the the Belt and Road", and was recommended by the Guobingli Art Appraisal Center as China's "Specially Invited Consultant of Guobingli"; In 2024, he was selected for the 6th China Calligraphy Lanting Exhibition and invited to participate in the "From Beijing to Paris - Series Exhibition of Chinese Art Masters' Masterpieces" and the "International Art Online Exchange Exhibition of Chinese and European Calligraphers and Painters". 剑 笔 传 情 神 韵 飞
——评军旅书法家刘孟学毛体书法的神韵美

毛泽东书法的最高境界在于大笔一挥天地惊的神韵。其神韵具有舍我其谁、横扫天下的气势;心忧天下、恩泽人间的情怀;光耀万丈、胜券在握的从容。
军旅书法家刘孟学教授的毛体书法、经过数十年的临摹、研习、领悟、求变,已渐臻形神兼备、雄秀皆融的境界。其独特的毛体书法神韵美,似奇花烂漫于春风,如行云舒卷于天宇,若瀑布飞流于山崖,观之悦目悦心、悦情悦魂。
神韵,是毛体书法最出彩的艺术境界,其美学特征就是自然传神,韵味深远。在全国众多的毛体书法家中,刘孟学教授的毛体书法,特色鲜明,独树一帜,尤以他人难以企及的神韵美引人注目,大获佳评。
我认为刘孟学的毛体书法神韵美至少蕴含着“五个大”:
其一:融大爱于笔墨。无大爱则无毛体书法的神韵美。刘孟学教授 1970 年入伍,有着 40 多年的兵龄。他自豪地称自己是毛泽东时代入伍的战士。他骨子里充满了对毛主席由衷的热爱, 立志当毛主席的好战士,把火红的青春献给解放军这所大学校。他是崇拜英雄的战士,更是崇拜毛主席的军人,在几十年的军旅岁月里,他通读了《毛泽东选集》1—5 卷,《毛泽东传》、《毛主席诗词赏析》、《毛泽东书法手册选》、《毛泽东手书古诗词选》、《毛泽东的辩证法思想研究》等书籍。毛主席的书,成了他的案头、床头的必备书,成了他朝朝暮暮的精神食粮。他日复一日地了解毛泽东伟大光辉的一生,揣摩毛泽东书法艺术的博大精深,领悟毛主席的哲学思想和伟大情怀,寻觅源头活水,品赏毛体书法的神韵美,在根上萌生了充满生命力的大爱的绿芽,使其长成了茁壮的树干、茂密的青枝、浓绿的翠叶,结出了硕大的果实。
其二:悟大情于毫端。大情是毛泽东书法的“目晴”。刘孟学教授认为,毛泽东的书法始于上世纪二十年代,成熟于新中国成立初期至六十年代。这期间,毛泽东领导了建党、建军、开天辟地的伟大革命实践,领导了史诗般的二万五千里长征、抗日战争、解放战争和抗美援朝战争,成立了新中国。毛泽东对百年屈辱的祖国,对灾难深重的人民,充满了赤子深情。刘孟学教授研习毛泽东的书法,注重领会毛主席书法中那胸怀天下、心系人民的领袖情怀,感悟那“风卷红旗过大关”的勇迈之情,“万水千山只等闲”的乐观之情,“不到长城非好汉”的坚定之情,“我失骄杨君失柳”的痛惜之情,“遍地英雄下夕烟”的欣慰之情,“更无豪杰怕熊罴”的英雄之情。因此,他的毛体书法,于尺幅之中,充满万丈豪气;于方寸之内,蕴含千尺深情,极具强大的情感冲击力。
其三:寄大志于高远。刘孟学认为,毛泽东的书法融入了伟人的大志。其志是“唤起工农千百万”、“雄鸡一唱天下白”、“欲与天公试比高”、“要扫除一切害人虫”。毛主席的书法,在他的心里,飞扬处惊天地,雄豪处泣鬼神,壮阔处如画卷,灵动处通古今。其大志,融入了他那前无古人、后无来者的极富魅力的书法神韵之中。刘孟学教授研习毛主席的书法,悟的是毛主席改地换天、强盛中华的大志,悟的是毛主席大志中的豪气、骨气和压倒一切敌人的英雄气概。他研习毛泽东书法,往往要研读《毛泽东传》、《毛泽东自传》、《毛泽东的军事生涯》等书籍,还注重学习临摹毛主席写于战争年代的批示、文电、题词、信札和诗词,从中国革命的大事件、大转折、大战役、大历史中,感悟毛主席“敢叫日月换新天”的大志,并将其融入自己的毛体书法的运笔走墨之中。他的毛体书法,志在笔端,力悬千钧,波澜壮阔,云烟满纸,奔腾如电,一泻千里,给人以“志”的熏陶,“志”的启迪,“志”的艺术享受。
其四:养大气于胸襟。大气磅礴,豪气如云,将中华民族大无畏的英雄气概凝于笔端,是毛泽东书法的鲜明特色。刘孟学教授认为,毛主席的书法、是同我们伟大的国家、伟大的民族、伟大的时代紧密地联系在一起的。他唤起工农千百万,指挥千军万马,驱逐日寇,推翻蒋家王朝,抗美援朝“席卷千军如卷席”,他的无敌的英雄气概不仅仅属于他个人,而是代表了我们中华民族的英雄气概。基于这样的认识,他研习毛主席书法,注重研究毛主席每一幅书法产生的历史背景,以及毛主席当时发表的相关诗词、文章和著作,从中寻找其产生大气的“土壤”与“气候”。在不断的研习实践中,他坚持不懈地领悟毛主席书法纵横无羁的磅礴之气,豪放泼辣的痛快之气,藐视一切的无敌之气,翻腾变幻的灵动之气。他的毛体书法也逐渐融入了不凡的气韵于魅力。
其五:汇大容于墨海。刘孟学教授认为,毛主席的书法既独树一帜,自创一格,独领风骚,又广采百家之长,具有鲜明的包容性。毛主席从小就临摹欧阳询的《九成宫醴泉铭》,王羲之、王献之的楷书和行书,张旭、怀素的狂草,以及米芾、颜真卿、苏轼等人的书法,形成了以行草为主,布局严谨,用笔恣肆,大气磅礴,苍劲有力的书法艺术风格。刘孟学教授作为学者,敏于学习,长于研究,擅于多学科知识的贯通与运用。他研习毛主席书法,注重运用哲学、历史、美学、社会科学等方面的知识加以领悟,也注重潜心揣摩唐代楷书、行书和草书大家的书法特点。同时,他也注重研习宋元明清及当代书法大家的优长,观千剑而铸一剑,闻千曲而谱一曲,使自己的书法既有百花之美,又有一峰之奇。他书写的毛泽东的《西江月•井冈山》遒劲刚健,纵逸奔放,雄浑灵动,于形似之中,融入了神似,达到了神韵充沛的境界。他书写的李白的诗《庐山谣寄卢侍御虚舟》,舒朗俊逸,洒脱流畅,劲键豪放,其笔势疾涩之迹、顿挫之笔、连绵之墨、收纵之形,皆得毛体书法斜正疏密之态,行云流水之美,奔涌豪放之气,被不少书法家称为毛体书法不可多得的杰作。
毛主席的书法,尽精微,致广大,倾大情,言大志,融百家,贯古今。或起势于井冈山时期的星星之火,或挥毫于震惊中外的万里长征;或关乎中华民族的生死存亡,或情系炎黄子孙的安乐福祉;或飞扬于驱日抗美的烽火年代,或走笔于建国兴邦的激情岁月,得民心,顺大势,振军威,壮国魂,通人间正道,助民族复兴,非有大情怀、大志向、大学养、大磨砺、大境界者望尘莫及。刘孟学教授深知,“无限风光在险峰”,他正在毛体书法的奇山大岭中,一步一步地向上攀登。相信他一定会以军人的信念、勇气、坚毅,以学者的执着、灵气和涵养,创造出一片毛体书法的彩云新天!
